An incredible experience for
kids and adults alike, in the Dolphin Encounter, you will interact
with real live dolphins while standing on an underwater platform in
three foot deep water. This program is ideal for kids of all
ages, as well as adults who don't feel comfortable in deep water, or
those who want to swim with dolphins but are on a budget.
You'll be greeted by your
dolphin with a kiss on the cheek, as you feel its special skin.
The dolphins will also do fun tricks and activities for you, and let
you see their unique features.
Cruise Passengers:
This activity is located inside of Chankanaab Park, just a few minutes
from the cruise pier by taxi. Taxis are lined up waiting for you
as you walk off of your ship. This tour features a NO-PORT,
NO-PAY policy*. If your cruise ship doesn't make port for any
reason, you will receive a refund. If you are a Carnival Cruise

*Kids:The
minimum age to participate is 1 year old, and must be big enough to fit
in a children's life vest. Kids up to 2' 11" tall participate free of
charge with a paying adult. In order to receive this promotion, don't
include your free child in the reservation when booking, only
write your request for them in the special instructions box. Kids
prices apply to kids between 2' 11" and 3' 11" tall. Kids under 3'
11" tall require a paying adult to be in the water with them. Kids
over 3' 11" tall can do the activity by themselves.
*No Port No Pay Details for Cozumel Dolphins: If
your ship is diverted or delayed for any reason or does not make port, we
can reschedule the same program for any date within the next year for no
charge or we can
refund your money in full, less a 10% bank transaction fee to cover
credit card fees. It's your choice which option is best for you. You'll just need to e-mail a copy of the letter
issued by the cruise line stating the situation.

The dolphin center no longer allows us to offer our great deals on
dolphin swims to Carnival cruise passengers. Luckily, the dolphins
are the only excursion that limits cruise passenger choice in excursions
like this, so you can still book any of our other excursions

help support local Cozumel residents and businesses while saving huge
over ship prices! You can also ride the ferry across to Playa del
Carmen to do our
Primax
or Xel Ha swims!
