This is the same activity
the cruise ships sell, just at a much lower price. Entrance
fees to Chankanaab Park are included in the price of the dolphin
swim, so there are no hidden fees. After your dolphin swim,
relax and enjoy the facilities at Chankanaab Park for the day!

Cruise Passengers: This activity is located inside of
Chankanaab Park, just a few minutes from the cruise pier by taxi.
Taxis are lined up waiting for you as you walk off of your ship.
This tour features a NO-PORT, NO-PAY policy*. If your
cruise ship doesn't make port for any reason, you will receive a refund.

Approximately 1 Hour (15 Min. Orientation, 40 Min. Dolphin Time)
Schedule:
Three Times
Daily except Sundays at 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:30 PM.

Kids: Ages 8 and up. Kids who are at least
3' 11" tall and at least 8 years old can do the swim with a paying adult
in the water with them. Kids over 4' 7" tall
do the swim by themselves.
*No Port No Pay Details for Cozumel Dolphins: If
your ship is diverted or delayed for any reason or does not make port, we
can reschedule the same program for any date within the next year for no
charge or we can
refund your money in full, less a 10% bank transaction fee to cover
credit card fees. It's your choice which option is best for you. You'll just need to e-mail a copy of the letter
issued by the cruise line stating the situation.

The dolphin center no longer allows us to offer our great deals on
dolphin swims to Carnival cruise passengers. Luckily, the dolphins
are the only excursion that limits cruise passenger choice in excursions
like this, so you can still book any of our other excursions

over ship prices! You can also ride the ferry across to Playa del
Carmen to do our
Primax
or Xel Ha swims!
