The Mayan Canopy Expedition is a new, great way to
experience the inner being of Cancun Mexico. If you're athletic,
and want a little excitement on your trip, the Mayan Canopy Expedition
is probably for you.
You'll take a 1 mile bike tour through the jungle and
farmland, swim in Cenotes, ride exciting Zip Lines across the caverns
below (including the highest and longest zip line in Southern Mexico!),
snorkel, and learn a few things about the Mayan Culture and the Cenotes
along the way. A true adventure in Cancun!

Arrival at Bike Station.
From here we enjoy a leisurely 1.5km/1mile bike tour through the jungle
and the farmland, learning about local subsistence, farming and surrounding

Cenote Xtabay: Swim
and learn about the fauna and flora particular to cenotes, how their
ecosystems functions, and the value of cenotes to the locals and local

and learn about the religious significance of cenotes
in ancient and current Mayan culture. Return to Rest
Area, above the jungle canopy on the highest and longest zip line
in Southern Mexico.
Snacks and drinks. Afterwards
return to Bike Station.
End of the Expedition. Transport
back to your hotel.

is not recommended for persons with severe back problems, any severe physical
or motor handicaps, or serious heart problems, nor for persons who are obese,
who suffer from claustrophobia or who don't know how to swim. Children under
6 years, pregnant women, and persons under the effects of alcohol or drugs
will not be permitted to participate in this expedition. Weight
limit for this tour is 265 lbs. or 120 kg.
