You and your group go directly from your hotel to the famous
Mayan ruins of
Tulum
and then to the fabulous eco-park,
Xcaret. The private
tours are for your group only and therefore you plan the day. We just make
suggestions. Private tours will save your family about 2.5 hrs compared to
the public tour. This time can be used to explore more or sleep in a bit.
This is the only tour in Cancun that combines
these two amazing attractions, and it's only available as a private
tour. If you want to see both Tulum and Xcaret, this is the

Entrance fee at Xcaret includes: Night show, Butterfly
Pavilion, Aviary, Swim in the underground rivers (use of padlocked bag for
safe keeping your personal belongings & life vest). Showers, beach chairs
and hammocks. Tropical reef aquarium, Botanical garden, orchids, mushrooms
& turtle farm. Museum, Mammals islands, Bat Cave, jaguars, tigers, guided
tour of the caverns and the Mayan village. Daytime shows at the theater,
museum and main avenue & night show (no food or drinks). Night show includes
the ball game, a live theater show with the flyers from Papantla, Veracruz.
The show starts at 7:00 pm, finishes at 9:10 pm, back to Cancun between
10 & 10:30 pm. (winter hours show starts & finishes one hour earlier).

Hotel pick up is up to you but we suggest 7-8 am.
You'll arrive at the Mayan ruins of Tulum about 90 minutes later (if
departing from Cancun - less if from Playa del Carmen).
Once in Tulum we strongly recommend that you hire a
very knowledgable guide for around $30 usd for a 90 minute tour (you'll
get a lot more out of your visit), but you are always free to just
wonder around on your own. If you spend 2 hrs there it is plenty of
time.
After you've finished seeing the ruins, you'll head
back to Xcaret, where you'll experience the most fantastic natural
amusement park in the Mayan Riviera, and perhaps anywhere, Xcaret.
You can stop and eat or shop on the way if you like - that's the beauty
of private tours, it's up to you what you do with your day. While
at Xcaret, you can enjoy the many attractions and activities (see
Included items above).

DEPOSIT ONLY
- This tour requires only a 20% deposit when booking - the remainder is paid in cash on the day of the tour.
If you want to pay in full, you can request it in the special
instructions when booking, but the tour operator will charge a 3%
surcharge for payments in full to cover half the credit card costs, as
these are not factored into the price of the tour.
NO CANCELLATION FEE
- There is no charge for cancelling or changing the date of this tour as
long as you cancel before noon the day before the tour. No risk
- no worries.
