You and your group go directly from your hotel to Xel-ha Park. The private tours are for your group only and therefore you plan the day. We just make suggestions. Private tours will save your family about 2.5 hrs compared to the public tour. This time can be used to explore more or sleep in a bit.

Includes:

• Air-conditioned private transportation exclusively for your group

• English speaking driver

• All toll road and parking fees, entrance fees & taxes for Xel-ha Mexico

• All inclusive package at Xel-ha: all food from 5 restaurants and ice cream shop, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), towels, lockers & snorkeling equipment. A deposit is required at Xel-Ha (ID, room key or $20 usd. I always give them $20 usd as I would rather that get lost than my ID).

Not Included:

• Hotel Pickup in Cozumel (only on the mainland).

• Ferry tickets from Cozumel (Cozumel tour begins and ends at the Playa Del Carmen ferry terminal.)

• Optional: Swim With Dolphins

Itinerary for Tulum/Xel-ha tours:

Hotel pick up is up to you but we suggest 7-8 am.  Then you can be at the park when it opens at 9:00AM for the best snorkeling, and to get the best spots before the tour buses arrive.  Then you can get breakfast (included with the all-inclusive package) at Xel-Ha too.  At Xel-Ha you can swim/snorkel, float down the lazy river, walk through the jungle, eat, drink or relax in a hammock. Once inside Xel-Ha all your food & beverages are free. As much as you want! Tips are NOT included.

Summer hours the park closes at 6 pm (5 pm in winter) and the drive back takes about 95 minutes.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• Tours are made in air-conditioned vans, not buses.  Therefore, the maximum number of people to a vehicle is 14.  If you have more people in your group, you will need two vehicles.  The transportation cost is fixed - that's why more people in a vehicle makes the price per person go down.

• This tour requires a 20% deposit at the time of booking via Credit Card or PayPal. 

• There is no cancellation fee if cancelled or changed before noon the day before the tour.
