One of our most popular tours, Kohunlich has been called "the best kept secret in Mexico" by visitors to the Mayan Ruins site. Dating back to 200 B.C., this extraordinary Costa Maya ruins site is amazingly well-preserved.

Set in the jungles along the Belize border, Kohunlich includes an acropolis, a palace, 3 public plazas, 3 residential areas, a ball court, and three temples, including the famous "Temple of the Masks". After touring the ruins site, swim in Cenote Azul in Balacar, or visit the old Spanish Fort of San Felipe.

Tour Schedule: Half-hourly between 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM.

Duration: 5.5 Hours.

DEPOSIT ONLY: This tour requires only a $15.00 deposit per adult and $13 deposit per child at the time of booking. The rest is payable on the day of the tour. Other websites require you to pay in full in advance - not us.
NO CANCELLATION FEE: If cancelled within 24 hours of activity date, or if cancelled due to circumstances out of your control. If it's within 24 hours, you are only out your small deposit, even if you no-show. Compare that with other website's cancellation policies!
NO PORT, NO PAY POLICY: If for any reason your cruise ship doesn't stop in Costa Maya, or doesn't port the day it was supposed to, you will receive a full refund of your excursions. We understand that this happens, and we want to make sure there is never a risk to book an excursion with us.
