Join us for an ATV excursion in Cozumel to discover some of the hidden treasures of the jungle covered interior.  Start your adventure at El Cedral, Cozumel's oldest town, and drive your ATV through the Mayan jungle trails to the island's oldest Mayan ruins site.

Here, your guide will explain to you about the history of Mayan civilization on Cozumel, and you will explore Mayan caves, preserved through the ages.  We'll also visit a cenote, which is a sinkhole, revealing the fresh water underground river system of Cozumel.

After our exploration of this ancient site is complete, we will pilot our 4WD ATVs on through the jungle back to El Cedral.  This tour is the same as our ATV & Snorkeling Tour, except here there is no visit to the beach for snorkeling, and it is only 2 hours instead of 4.

Schedule: Three Times Daily at 8:30AM, 10:30 AM and 12:30PM

Duration: 2 Hours approximately

Departs:  Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville on the waterfront downtown.

Includes:

  • ATV Tour of the Cozumel Jungle

  • Safety Goggles and Helmets

  • Bilingual Guide(s)

  • Water

Bring:

  • Hat

  • Tennis Shoes, not Sandals

  • Biodegradable Sunblock (SPF30+)

  • Long Pants (for protection)

  • Change of Clothes (you will get dirty)

  • Camera

  • Drivers License (if driving)

  • Credit Card (for damage deposit)

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • Not recommended for pregnant women, persons with back problems or overweight people.

  • Minimum age is 6 years old.  Minimum age for drivers is 16. Drivers license is required.
