CARMEN
The next stop is a real working Mayan Ranch, where you'll take a bike ride through the plantations, learning about how modern day Mayas live. We'll stop at a hidden cenote, where you'll climb down into a unique underground limestone cavern, and snorkel in it's crystal-clear fresh waters. We'll learn about the geology of the caverns, and how important they are to the local area. We'll engage in a Mayan Purification Ceremony, held in much the same fashion as it has been for centuries, and eat a delicious handmade Mayan lunch at the ranch, where you'll meet the local villagers and see how they live today. Then it's off to have some real adventure, as you zip line from tree to tree, on zip lines as long as 160m (530 feet)! At the end of the adventure, you'll be dropped off at your Riviera Maya hotel. Includes:
