Cancun horseback riding is a different way to explore Cancun's magnificent oceanside splendor.  There are very few horseback riding tours in Cancun, but we'll show you the ones that there are!  You can ride up and down the beach, through the Jungle, or through the desert of the Yucatan, whichever is your favorite!  Tours depart from either Cancun, Playa Del Carmen or the Riviera Maya!

Q: Can I ride on the Beach?
A: Yes!  The Loma Bonita and Rancho Grande horseback rides include riding along the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean Sea.

Q: Do you really get to swim with the horses like in the pictures?
A: Yes!  You can take the horses on the Loma Bonita and Rancho Grande tours into the water with you.

Q: Do you pick up at my hotel or cruise ship?
A:  For those of you staying in the Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen, hotel pickup is included. For other locations, please look at the tour detail page.

Q:  I'm an experienced rider - will any of these tours let me gallop?
A:  Yes.  The Loma Bonita tour will give you an opportunity to gallop along the beach.  Most of the tour is slower, but you'll have some chance.

Q: This is my first time riding a horse, can I do these tours?
A:  Yes!  These are tourist class rides - most people that do them have never ridden, or only a few times.

Q: Is their a weight limit for these horseback riding tours?
A: Yes.  There is a 220lb weight limit for the Loma Bonita tour and 300 lbs. for the Cozumel horseback ride.
