On your vacation in Playa del Carmen, you can explore these incredible cenotes (caverns) with only an Open Water Diver certification, as your dive master is a certified cave diver. Crystal clear fresh water, unlimited visibility, and awe-inspiring stalactites and stalagmites await you.

Scuba Diving Trip to Cenotes

Cavern Diving Playa del Carmen

Cruise Passengers: This activity is not recommended for most cruise passengers due to the early departure time. However, you can do our daytime dives.

Requires: Open Water Certification. Not certified? See Discover Scuba Diving.

Tour Schedule: Daily at 8:45 AM.

Duration: Approximately 6 Hours

Departs: Meet at the dive shop in downtown Playa del Carmen. Detailed instructions will accompany your confirmation.

Includes: All Scuba Diving Equipment, Expert Cave-certified PADI Divemaster in the water with you, Dive in 2 cenotes (2-tank), entrance fees into cenotes, air-conditioned transportation to the cenotes.

Bring: Certification Card, Swimsuit, Towel

To make a reservation: Click "Book Now" at the top of the page. You will receive an electronic ticket via e-mail within 24 hours (in most cases) that you will print out and bring with you to Playa del Carmen.
