One of the most
popular new tours in the Riviera Maya, the Hummer Jungle
Tour packs in an incredible array of sightseeing and
cultural opportunities in one great tour! Cenotes, zip
lines, off-road driving, white sand beaches, dense jungles,
Mayan ruins, the Cancun Hotel Zone, and even a petting zoo!
After pick-up at
your Riviera Maya hotel, we'll head for the Cancun hotel
zone, where you'll get an introduction to your 4x4 Hummer,
an off-road machine! Drive through Mexico's most
famous tourist destination and into the jungle.
Here you'll find
the Mayan ruins of Ruinas del Rey. Your expert tour
guide will give you a tour of the ruins, and explain to you
about the amazing Mayan civilization. You'll have time
to take photos and explore a bit after the guided part of
the tour, and then it's off to the beach!
Pound through
narrow trails in the dense Mayan jungle, and emerge to find
the sparkling blue Caribbean Sea, with seemingly endless
expanses of virgin white sand beaches. Spend some time
playing with your Hummer, splashing through flats and
kicking up sand before stopping for some great photos.
We'll visit three
types of freshwater cenotes - both underground with lots of
stalactites, others open. We can swim and snorkel in
all of them, a great Mayan experience. Also stop at a
petting zoo where you can enjoy the local wildlife,
including monkeys, deer and iguanas.
Lunch will be served at a hidden jungle cenote,
beautiful and relaxing. Some of the cenotes we'll visit even have
zip lines that you can ride into the water, very fun! We'll visit
small fishing villages and see how the local villagers live, and have a
great time driving our Hummers off-road. This is an awesome tour,
great for adults and kids alike! You get to see so much, and
really get off the beaten path, a great excursion in the Riviera Maya!

approximately 8:00 AM. Exact pick-up time will be shown on your
confirmation.

Departs From: Pick-up and Drop-off at your
Riviera Maya hotel is offered for an additional fee, to be paid in cash
on the day of the trip. If you will provide your own transportation, the
meeting point is La Isla Mall at Km.

Notes: Beaches may not be accessible
during rainy season. You may share your Hummer with other guests,
depending on the numbers signed up, but you will have an opportunity to
drive.
