Departure: Pickup from your Riviera Maya hotel.  Pickup is only available south to Playa del Carmen.  There is no pickup for this tour south of Playa del Carmen - customers in Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, and Tulum will need to meet the tour in Playa del Carmen.
