Departure: Pickup from your Riviera Maya hotel.  Pickup is only available from Cancun to Playa del Carmen (including Puerto Morelos, Playa Paraiso, Playa Secreto etc).  There is no pickup for this tour south of Playa del Carmen - customers in Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, and Tulum will need to meet the tour in Playa del Carmen.
