Q: How will I pay? Can I wait to pay until I arrive
in Cancun?
A: If booking a private transfer with us, you can pay our driver in cash
when you arrive. You'll pay 70% in cash up front when you arrive, and
30% upon departure.
Q: Do you have child seats?
A: Yes we have them, but we can never guarantee having it for you. It
is 99 % for sure but sometimes flights are delayed, traffic, changes in schedules
etc and the vehicle with the child seat gets tied up. We do our best but sometimes
things are out of our control.
Q: How will I find my driver? What if my flight
is delayed?
A: Your driver will be easily identified by holding a sign with your name
on it. We'll send you complete details with your reservation including a toll-free
number to call your driver at. You'll supply us with your flight arrival and
departure time - it's our job to track the flight and make sure we're there
when you are - don't worry, this is what we do.
Q: Can you do transfers within the area (not just to/from
the airport)?
A: Yes, we can do that for you. However, this service is only available
with our private transfers. Just use "Cancun" when booking.
We run out of Cancun, so private transfers within Playa del Carmen and the
Riviera Maya will be cheaper if you just take a taxi. We can also take
you to Wal-Mart on your way from the airport if you like for an extra $30.00
(about 90 minutes). If you want to do this, just note it in the comments
when booking.
Q: Should I do a shared or private transfer?
A: If you are one or two people, it will be cheaper for you to take a
shared transfer. These transfers fill up quickly and only take a few
other people with hotels close to yours. For more than two people, it
is worth it to take a private transfer. The price difference is minimal,
and you have express transfer to and from your hotel.
Q: Can you take me from the Cancun Airport to my Cozumel
hotel?
A: No company in Cancun can take you all the way. Everyone will take you
as far as the Playa del Carmen ferry dock, where you will cross on the passenger
ferry to Cozumel. From the ferry pier, you'll take a taxi to your Cozumel
hotel. If you're flying into Cozumel, we do offer transfers from the
Cozumel airport.
Q: How will the driver know where and when to pick me
up?
A: You'll tell us your flight arrival and departure information when booking
- we'll be there to pick you up at the airport and we'll let you know when
to be out front of your hotel when you're heading home.
Q: I need to go from the airport to Hotel A in
Cancun, then from Hotel A to Hotel B in Playa del Carmen, then back to
the airport - how would I book this?
A: You would book two reservations - a one one-way transfer to
Cancun (Hotel A), and one round-trip transfer to Playa del Carmen (Hotel
A to Hotel B to Airport). You'll just write in the special
instructions when booking that you're being picked up from a different
hotel than you were picked up at. Prices to/from a Cancun Hotel to
another hotel are the same as to/from the airport to that hotel.
Q: I need to go from the airport to Hotel A in
Akumal, then from Hotel A to Hotel B in Playa del Carmen before going
back to the airport - how do I book this itinerary?
A: You will want to do two reservations - a one-way to Akumal,
and a one-way to Playa del Carmen (the return leg). For the middle
leg (Akumal to Playa del Carmen) you'll want to take a taxi - it will be
cheaper for you.
Q: I have 2 people coming in on one day, then 2
others another day, but we're all riding back together - how do I book
this?
A: You will do three reservations - two one-way transfers for
1-3 people, and one one-way transfer for 4-7 people.
Q: I only need a departure transfer (Hotel to
Airport) - can I do that?
A: Yes, the booking process is the same as for Airport to Hotel.
