To make a
reservation: Click "Book Now" at the top of the page. You
will receive a voucher via e-mail within 24 hours (in most cases) that you
will print out and bring with you to Cozumel.
*Note: Due to taxi
union regulations, return transfers will use a taxi. We organize the return taxi for you for your convenience,
but transfer companies are not allowed by law to use licensed
airport vehicles to transfer to the airport from your hotel.
Airport (or Ferry) to Hotel Transfers are always done with our vans as shown in the picture.
Q: I'm staying at a private home, condo, or villa.
Can I use your service?
A: Yes, we provide transportation to all private
homes, condominiums, villas, hotels, vacation rentals, and even the
Cozumel Ferry pier.
Q: How will I find my driver? What if my flight
is delayed?
A: You will see our representative holding a sign
with your name on it, or the company logo. We will provide you
with a toll-free telephone number to call if there are any issues at
all. We will track your flight, and make sure that we're there to
get you as agreed, even if you are delayed. That's part of the
service we provide.
Q: I'm arriving at the Cancun Airport - can you pick
me up there?
A: No company in Cancun can take you all the way, but we are as close
as you can get. You'll book one of our
Cancun Airport Transfers to
take you to the Playa del Carmen ferry pier. From there, you'll
board the passenger ferry and ride it to
Cozumel. You can then have one of our Cozumel transfers pick you
up and take you to your hotel. So, you're really booking two
round-trip transfers. One from the Cancun Airport to Playa del
Carmen, and another from the Cozumel ferry pier to your hotel.
Q: How will the driver know where and when to pick me
up?
A: You'll tell us your flight arrival and departure information when booking
- we'll be there to pick you up at the airport and we'll let you know when
to be out front of your hotel when you're heading home.
Q: Do you have child car seats?
A: We do not have car seats available, so if you need a car seat
you will need to bring your own. Kids in a car seat pay per person
price because they are using a seat. Kids under 3 years old
sitting on a parents lap and then they are free.
