This exclusive PRIVATE tour takes you to the
mystical Mayan ruins site of
Ek Balam.
This very well preserved ruins is much less visited and much less
crowded than nearby Chichen Itza, but it is a very interesting site,
and you can climb the largest temple, the Acropolis.
When we arrive at Ek Balam, you can hire a guide
at the ruins for about $45.00. This is optional, but we
recommend it for the best experience. Your driver will help
you. You can climb the ruins to achieve fantastic views
all the way to Coba and explore at your own pace.
After the ruins, we'll ride bikes to
beautiful Xcanche cenote, where you can rappel inside,
then ride a zip line or a rope swing into its cool,
fresh waters. You can do this as many times as you like!
When you're ready, we'll head for the Mayan town of Valladolid.
In Valladolid, you can visit the impressive old
cathedral, explore on your own, and take photographs.
All of these activities are on your own schedule - you have total
flexibility all day long. Your private driver is with you all
day to take you where you like, when you like!

The vehicle is yours for up to 10 hours. You can stay as long or
as little as you like within this time. Allow about 2.5 hours
drive each way from Cancun to reach Ek Balam. The ruins tour takes
about 90 minutes.
