You and your group will travel directly from your Playa
del Carmen or Riviera Maya hotel to the
Mayan ruins of Tulum and
Coba Mexico. The private tours are for your
group only and therefore you plan the day. We do not offer this tour as a
public bus tour.
Tulum will take about an hour and a half to visit.
The remainder of your tour will be at Coba. At
Coba, you can climb the great pyramid, the highest in the Yucatan and feel
like Indiana Jones as you gaze across the tropical jungle. A must see tour.

Tulum, built on a cliff at the seas edge,
believed to have been the largest port for the Mayans, and
Coba, beautiful and
mysterious, built in the jungle with
towering pyramids. Tulum has some of the most breathtaking views of the Yucatan
coast and Coba has breathtaking views of the Yucatan Jungle from the tops
of its magnificent pyramids.

MAYAN HOME OPTION ADDS:
Visit a small Mayan family house showing a little
insight how they live today. Here you can try a classic
homemade chicken taco. The family also offers a few handmade
souvenirs.
Bring: Sunblock (SPF 30 or higher), hat, camera, sunglasses,
extra t-shirt, money for lunch, souvenirs and tips, and extra water.
Itinerary for Tulum Coba Tour:
Hotel pick up
is up to you but we suggest 7-8 am
Go to Tulum
first, where you can hire a guide for around $30 usd for a 90 minute
tour or just explore on your own.
The driver
can suggest traditional Mexican restaurants for lunch.
Coba is
located about 50 km west of Tulum, where you can climb the ruins and
explore. At Coba you can also hire a guide - there are also bicycles and
rickshaws available for rent.
Then
transportation back to your hotel

This tour requires a
15% deposit at the time of booking
via Credit Card or PayPal. The remainder is payable in cash
on the day of the tour.
There is no cancellation fee if cancelled or changed
before noon the day before the tour.
Tours are made in air-conditioned vans, not buses.
Therefore, the maximum number of people to a vehicle is 10. If you
have more people in your group, you will need two vehicles. The transportation
cost is fixed - that's why more people in a vehicle makes the price per
person go down.
