Schedule: Daily except Sunday between 8:30AM and 9:30AM, depending on the location of your hotel.  Pick-up on Sundays is available at designated meeting locations in Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen, but no hotel pick-up.

ITINERARY: 

Between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. - Hotel or Meeting Point Pick-up
10:30 a.m. - Arrive at Tulum. Guided tour then free time to explore.
12:30 p.m. - Depart for XelHa
12:45 p.m. - Arrive at XelHa
5:00 p.m. - Depart XelHa
6:00 p.m. - Return to your Riviera Maya hotel

Duration:  9 Hours Approximately.

Kids: All ages are welcome.  Kids prices apply to kids 40" to 55" tall, regardless of age.  Kids under 12 years old but over 55" tall can get kids price with a picture identification verifying age.  Kids less than 40" are free.  Kids less than 40" are free.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• NO CANCELLATION FEE - You can change the date of your tour or cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the tour with no cancellation fee or other charges.  No risk, no worries.

• BIODEGRADABLE SUNSCREEN: Xel-Ha will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part of the ongoing effort to protect the environment.  It will be confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable. See Biodegradable Sunscreen.

• LANGUAGES:  We can arrange this tour in French or Portuguese upon request, but the price may be higher.  Contact us for details.  All our tours are available in English or Spanish every day.
