Why we do Xel Ha First: 90% of tours do Tulum first, then Xel Ha. We do the opposite. That means you get to Xel Ha about 3 hours before the other tour buses from Tulum arrive, so less crowded for you and you can eat breakfast at Xel Ha as well as lunch, giving you more for your money with the All-Inclusive package. Then, you'll get to the ruins after all the other tour buses are gone, so it will be much less crowded at the ruins for you, giving you better pictures. If you want to do Tulum first instead, that's ok too. Just click here. Cruise Passengers: This tour is to long for most cruise schedules. We suggest that you pick either Tulum or Xel Ha to spend the day at, and we can set you up with a Private Tour that will work with your cruise schedule. If you are in port for a fairly long time, then we can probably do both locations if you like. Tour Schedule: Daily except Sundays between 8:40AM and 9:30AM, depending on the location of your hotel. Exact pick-up time will be noted on your confirmation voucher. Pick-up is available on Sundays at Plaza Playacar and Plaza Antigua in Playa del Carmen, but no hotel pick-up on Sundays. Duration: 9 Hours Approximately. Includes:
Kids: All ages are welcome. Kids prices apply to kids 40" to 55" tall, regardless of age. Kids less than 40" are free. IMPORTANT: Xel-Ha will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part of the ongoing effort to protect the environment. It will be confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable. See Biodegradable Sunscreen. NO CANCELLATION FEE - You can change the date of your tour or cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the tour with no cancellation fee or other charges. No risk, no worries.
