8:10 AM -   9:30 AM - Hotel Pick Up (Click Here for Pick-Up Times)
9:45 AM - 10:00 AM - Arrive at Xcaret
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Xcaret at Night! (7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in Summer)
8:30 PM - 9:30 PM - Drop-Off at Your Hotel (9:30 PM to 10:30 PM in Summer) 

Our Advice: If you want a buffet lunch included (rather than small items like hamburgers) then we recommend the Xcaret Plus.  It is a better deal, and the buffet restaurants inside Xcaret are expensive, about $29.00 per person.  However, if you are on a budget, plan to eat at the snack bars, and don't care about snorkeling, then this tour will be cheaper for you.

Departure:  Pickup at Your Riviera Maya Hotel.  This tour does not pick up south of Playa del Carmen.  If you are staying south of Playa del Carmen, you will need to book this tour instead or you can just buy an entrance ticket and take a taxi to the park.

Return: You can choose to leave the park before the night show at 5:30 PM or after the show at 8:00 PM (9:00 PM in Summer).

Kids: All ages are welcome.  Kids prices apply to kids 5-11 years old.  Kids over 55" tall will need to show a picture identification verifying age.  Kids under 5 years old are free.

IMPORTANT: Xcaret will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part of the ongoing effort to protect the environment.  It will be confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable. See Biodegradable Sunscreen.

NO CANCELLATION FEE - You can change the date of your tour or cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the tour with no cancellation fee or other charges. No risk, no worries.

To make a reservation:  Click "Book Now" at the top of the page.  You will receive a voucher via e-mail within 24 hours (in most cases) that you will print out and bring with you to the Riviera Maya.
