DOLPHIN ENCOUNTER AT XEL HA

The dolphin encounter (Intramax) program at Xel Ha Park is a great introduction to dolphin swimming for kids, senior citizens, or those who aren't comfortable in deep water. You will stand on an underwater platform, while interacting with the dolphins.

Enjoy a kiss from the dolphins, and take a photo or two for you to remember the experience forever. Stroke the dolphins and feel their distinct skin, and give them a hug. The dolphins will do tricks and jumps for you, as well as let you rub their bellies, and give you a real up-close and personal experience to remember!

Minimum Height for the Dolphin Encounter activity at Xel-Ha is 110cm or 43 inches. Kids smaller than this must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Schedule: Daily at 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM

Park Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM - 7 Days a Week

Entrance to Xel Ha (You can add it when booking the swim).

IMPORTANT: Xel Ha will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part of the ongoing effort to protect the environment. It will be confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable. See Biodegradable Sunscreen.
