Schedule: Ferries leave Daily at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM from the Aquatours Marina at Km 6.5 of the Cancun Hotel Zone, returning at 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM. Downtown tour is at 2:30 PM Daily. To ensure you get to do all the activities you want to do, we suggest the 9:00 AM ferry, returning at 5:30 PM Duration: Dolphin Swim lasts Approximately 1 Hour. Entire tour lasts between 2.5 hours and 8.5 hours, depending on what ferry you choose to take. *Kids: The minimum age to participate is 1 year old, and must be big enough to fit in a children's life vest. Kids under 2'11" tall participate free of charge with a paying adult. In order to receive this promotion, don't include your free child in the reservation when booking, only write your request for them in the special instructions box. Kids under 3' 11" require a paying adult to be in the water with them. Kids over 3' 11" tall can do the activity by themselves. Restrictions: We do not permit pregnant women of over 5 months to participate in this program. If you are under 5 months pregnant you can participate if accompanied by another adult, but you will need to sign a responsibility form. To Reach: You can take the included passenger ferry from either the Aquatours Marina at Km 6.5 of the Cancun Hotel Zone at 9:00 AM or the Embarcadero Marina in Cancun at Km 4.5 of the Hotel Zone at 11:00 AM returning at 2:30 pm & 5:30pm, or you can take the regular Isla Mujeres ferry from Puerto Juarez, which runs every half hour throughout the day (not included). Detailed directions will be issued with your confirmation. You can also do the Royal Garrafon - Dolphin Encounter Combo and save up to 50% on a full day of Isla Mujeres enjoyment. Bring: Swimwear, camera, walking clothes on Isla Mujeres, and a hat. Also bring $3.00 per person for port fee. To make a reservation: Click "Book Now" at the top of the page. You will receive a voucher via e-mail within 24 hours (in most cases) that you will print out and bring with you to Cancun.
