Cruise Passengers: Xel Ha is a great cruise shore excursion, but you'll need to do the private tour - this one is too long for most cruise schedules.

Tour Schedule: Daily at approximately 8:15AM. Exact pick-up time depends on the location of your hotel, but will be assigned with your confirmation.

Duration: 10 Hours Approximately. The park closes at 5:30 PM.

Kids: All ages are welcome. Kids prices apply to kids 40" to 55" tall, regardless of age. Kids less than 40" are free.

IMPORTANT: Xel-Ha will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part of the ongoing effort to protect the environment. It will be confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable. See Biodegradable Sunscreen.
