Kids: All ages welcome. Prices apply to ages 4-11. Kids must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. Must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol.
Restrictions:
- All services are provided upon availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. The use of any type of sunscreen, sunblock, or suntan lotion is no longer allowed. All guests must shower BEFORE entering the ocean. We recommend using long-sleeved UV-protecting shirts, hats, and sunglasses to shield yourself from the sun.
- Access to the Floating Park is not permitted for guests who are pregnant or nursing, under the influence of alcohol or drugs (including prescription medications), have a fear of heights, or have medical conditions such as heart issues, recent surgeries (within 6 months), or injuries to the back, neck, joints, or muscles.
- Any condition that may pose a risk to your safety also restricts participation. No refund is available if you are not allowed on the tour for not meeting the requirements, so please make certain you qualify.
NO PORT, NO PAY POLICY - If you are on a cruise ship and your ship doesn't make it to port on time, or at all, you will receive a 100% refund of the cost of your tour. Rest easy - we'll take care of you.
