The entire experience was great. The pick up to the hotel was on time and the driver was great. The crew at the boat was great. They were very nice full of good energy and on the way back to the marina we caught a fish. Great experience, great crew.

Our group of 30 had an amazing time. We had 5 kids come with us and they had a ball as well. The music, drinks, and crew were awesome! Will definitely book with them again in the future.

Customer service team is fabulous - very helpful and friendly. Hotel transfer to/from Marina was good - driver was on time and friendly. We were NOT super happy with the boat trip however - we were told the harbor master closed all snorkeling and fishing for THE DAY, so why wasn't the trip cancelled / rescheduled?? We paid for a snorkeling and fishing trip and could not do either. The crew was nice, they tried to find something for us to do ... they took us to a busy place, crowded with other boats to swim, but it wasn't the private experience we expected. They offered to let us go shopping (???) at Isla Mujeres for a fee to park the boat (???!!!). We ended up driving around the island sight seeing from the boat. Very disappointing trip.

upon arrival the dock where we checked in tried to extort more money for as and to pay for the fee for the snorkels even though we were not at all going to be going snorkeling.
The 60 ft boat we booked was described as having air conditioning and it did not when we arrived and all of our group was dressed formal and it was so HOT and HUMID and you could not even be in the inside space and everyone had to be on the top of the boat which required all to sit on the floor.
The captain was not the safest driver and caused many guest to fall during the sunset sail and was not open to suggestions as to where we wanted to go.
the staff and service on the trip was OUTSTANDING!!!
What we did not like after paying gratuities upfront was the fact that they were hustling us and guests for additional tips as we got off the sailing.
I would not reccommend to anyone to use this boat for any sailing the staff at the dock and the captain of the boat were not professional at all!
