• Sunscreen - A must.  Temperatures at Chichen Itza top 90°F most days, and there is little shade.

• Guidebook - Your guide is very good, but when you have time on your own, you may wish to refresh your memory about the temples. You may also wish to read about the Mayan Ruins on the bus trip.

• Swimsuit - If you want to swim in the cenote.  We recommend to wear it under your clothes for a quick change prior to swimming.

• Extra Cash - There are a variety of shops in Chichen Itza - you may wish to buy something.

Kids:  All ages welcome.  Kids prices apply to ages 3-10.

• Backpacks are not allowed inside Chichen Itza. To help keep the site safe and well preserved, visitors are encouraged to bring only essential items and use small bags instead.
