Ride aboard the Subsee Explorer and enjoy the most beautiful reefs around Cancun, the Nizuc reef. You will see a lot of corals, turtles and fishes during the 35 minutes ride and if you are lucky you might even see a shark.

The Subsee Paradise is one of the most modern glass bottom ships in Cancun. The Subsee Paradise emulates a submarine, taking you into a journey that will turn into a great adventure. During the 35-minute long tour, you will enjoy the beauty of the coral reefs; fish school, rays, and even sea turtles.

Tour Schedule: Daily at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

Departs: Km 15 of the Cancun Hotel Zone.  Exact Meeting Instructions will accompany your confirmation.

Everything from booking the tour to experiencing the tour was awesome. I needed help with customer service last minute and was shocked to get help so quickly via e-mail. Our tour guide Moe was great! He was outgoing and informative. He was able to get everyone participate in each activity even if it meant conquering their fears. Pick up and drop off from our hotel went smoothly. Everything was awesome! Including the price. We spoke to a variety of vendors when we were at our hotel to compare prices and we got the best price. Overall cheapest price and amazing quality! Would recommend to anyone!

My family and I had an amazing time on this tour! The staff was extremely friendly! My kids really enjoyed the camel ride and also feeding them! although this experience is amazing, I would not recommend it for cruise ship passengers! The whole ordeal to get to the tour is tiring, when I first booked the tour I was under the impression that transportation would be available. It's only available to hotel guest, not cruise ship passengers. When I placed the call to customer service, they arranged for my family and I to be picked up at a hotel instead at the Port. From the Port we caught a taxi to the Ferry, from there another taxi to the hotel. And then wait for the driver. On our way back, driver was late to pick us up. He was kind enough to drive us back to the Ferry. From there we caught a taxi back to the Port. At the end of the day it's really not worth it, if you're already not on Playa Del Carmen. We came from Cozumel, during the booking process it implies that they would provide transportation for cruise ships passengers. Which is not true.
