TULUM RUINS AND COBA EXCURSION
TULUM & COBA - MAYAN MAJESTY
CANCUN - SEE FROM PLAYA DEL CARMEN AND RIVIERA MAYA
Prepare for an expedition through the Mayan empire of Cancun, sweeping through four dazzling places, including two of the most important cities in the Riviera Maya - Tulum and Coba. These two great cities are truly distinct from each other - Tulum, the walled city overlooking the Caribbean Sea, and Coba - set deep in the Mayan jungles.
Your journey begins as we reach Coba, the largest of the Mayan cities of Cancun. We'll take a 1.5 hour guided tour of the ruins site, learning about it's history, culture, architecture, and it's significance in the Mayan empire, also we'll visit Cenote TANCACH-HA where you can have a refreshing swim. Nice!
You will have an opportunity to climb the great pyramid of Nohoch Mul if
you like, offering you vistas over the Riviera Maya and it's jungles.
After lunch at a local Mayan restaurant, we'll continue to our trek to
Tulum, famed for it's dazzling views, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Here we'll spend about 30 minutes on a guided tour of the ruins site.
