  • Round-trip Transportation available from your Playa del Carmen hotel upon request at $10.00 per person and $15.00 per companion (non-swimmer). Make sure to type your request for transportation in the comments field when booking.

Kids: Ages 1 and up. Kids' prices apply to ages 6-12 years. Kids 1-5 years are free. Kids under 10 years old or under 4 6 tall (140 cm) must be accompanied by a paying adult (2 adults if under 4 feet (120cm) tall). Kids will perform age appropriate activities.

IMPORTANT: A $50.00 MXN fee per person for participating in activities with aquatic animals will be charged in cash at check-in on the day of the tour. The dolphin activity will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part of the ongoing effort to protect the environment. It will be confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable. See Biodegradable Sunscreen.
