The park is open from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM every day.
Our Recommendations: To really experience
Xel Ha, we recommend doing the All-Inclusive tour rather than the combo
tour with Tulum - if you do the combo, you'll find yourself wishing
you had more time at Xel Ha. If doing the combo, we especially
recommend to skip the dolphin swim, or you won't have hardly any time
at Xel Ha. However, if you'll be there for the whole day, especially
on our private tour, then a dolphin swim is a great activity.
Make sure to book your dolphin swim well in advance, though, space is
limited and they sell out well in advance.
IMPORTANT: Xel Ha
will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part
of the ongoing effort to protect the environment. It will be
confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable.
