Schedule: Daily at 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:30 PM.
Duration: 45 Minutes Approximately.
Location: Hyatt Ziva at Km 9.5 of the Cancun Hotel Zone. The exact meeting instructions will be included with your confirmation.

Not Included:
- $50.00 MXN fee per person for participating in activities with aquatic animals, paid in cash at check-in on the day of the tour.
Optional: Photos and videos of your dolphin swim will be available for purchase. For the safety of our dolphins, it is not allowed to enter the habitat with cameras, phones, or any audiovisual equipment.
Kids: Must be at least 100cm or 3.3" tall to participate. Kids under 8 years old will need to be accompanied by a paying adult.
