Schedule: Monday to Friday at 9:30 AM. Exact hotel pick-up time varies depending on the location of your hotel, but will be specified on your ticket. You can choose to leave the park either before the Night Show at about 5:30 PM or after the night show at about 9:30 PM. We recommend staying for the show - it's a good time, and it's free with your tour.
Duration: 13 Hours Approximately (8 hours if not staying for night show). Dolphins swim is 45 minutes (35 minutes in the water with the dolphins).

Kids: Must be at least 3' 3" (100 cm) to participate. Kids under 8 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult. Kids 8 years old and up can do the swim by themselves. Prices apply to ages 5 to 11.
NOTE: Xcaret will not allow you to bring your regular sunblock into the park, as part of the ongoing effort to protect the environment. It will be confiscated at the gate unless it is biodegradable. See Biodegradable Sunscreen.
