The Swim with Dolphins facility at Hyatt Ziva is conveniently located right in the middle of the Cancun Hotel Zone at Punta Cancun, Km 9.5.  Free transportation is provided from your Cancun hotel, so it is really easy to fit into a day when you don't have all day to spend.  You can whisk in and out of Punta Cancun in just a couple of hours, leaving you the rest of the day!

The Dolphin Swim facility at Punta Cancun is very new and nice, and is a natural lagoon with a constant irrigation of sea water for the comfort and health of the dolphins.  The nice thing about Hyatt Ziva other than its great location right in the heart of the Hotel Zone, is that it is a pretty small facility.  This means that the dolphin swims that take place here are focused on small groups for a personal and intimate experience.  Primax 4 features groups of 4 people or less, Couples Dream Swim has only 2 people in a group, and of course The One has only 1 person in the group in this exclusive private experience.

HOW TO GET TO THE DOLPHIN CENTER:

Round-trip transportation from your Cancun hotel is available for an additional fee per person. You can choose this option when booking your tour.  If you did want to go there on your own though, you can take the Hotel Zone bus, or take a taxi from your hotel.  It is conveniently located at Punta Cancun, Km 9.5 of the Hotel Zone.
