Can you imagine sharing a truly special moment with a dolphin? At Primax, we offer you the opportunity to connect deeply with these magnificent marine mammals in an exclusive small-group setting. Get up close with dolphins in an intimate encounter where you'll observe their behaviors, discover their unique personalities, and connect with these brilliant marine mammals. As part of this extraordinary experience, you’ll also enjoy 15 minutes of snorkeling with dolphins in our Dolphin Snorkel program. Glide alongside them in their natural habitat and witness their grace and agility from a breathtaking underwater perspective. Schedule: Daily at 9:00AM, 10:30AM, 12:00PM, 1:30PM, 3:00PM and 4:30PM 

Duration:  Approximately 1 Hour.  Actual Dolphin Time is 45 Minutes.

Location:  Hyatt Ziva at Km 9.5 of the Cancun Hotel Zone.

• English Speaking Expert Dolphin Trainer in the Water With You

• 45 Minutes in the Water with the Dolphins

• 15-Minute Snorkel with Dolphins

• Small, Personal Groups of 4 People or Less

• Towels and Lockers

• All Taxes

Not Included:

• $50.00 MXN fee per person for participating in activities with aquatic animals, paid in cash at check-in on the day of the tour.

Optional:

• Photos and videos of your dolphin swim will be available for purchase. For the safety of our dolphins, it is not allowed to enter the habitat with cameras, phones, or any audiovisual equipment.

Kids: Must be at least 100cm or 3' 4" tall to participate.  Kids under 8 years old will need to be accompanied by a paying adult.
