Schedule: Monday to Saturday at 9:30 AM, 12:00 PM, and 3:00 PM. Hotel pick-up time will be shown on your voucher. Departure times from the beach club to your hotel are: 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 4:30 PM, 6:00 PM.

Restrictions: Maximum weight to do this tour is 286 lbs. (130 kg.) if you choose to ride solo, and 242 lbs. (110 kg.) per person if you choose shared riders. People with limited mobility, recent surgeries, recent injuries, back problems, who are pregnant, or who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to participate in the tour.

I am so happy we chose to pre-book all of our tours through you guys! From my first email all the way through the trip itself everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. I reserved two private trips (Xel Ha and Tulum/Xcaret) and the van was so comfortable and the driver was awesome! The trip to dolphin discovery (Royal Swim vip plus) was fantastic and so easy to get there and back. The ATV/ Waverunner trip was just awesome. Everything was planned and went off perfectly, even with a Hurricane (Grace) hitting one day. I cannot say thank you enough, my 14 year old has many memories he will keep forever!!

Loved Ziplining, the snorkeling and Repelling. Probably would just spend the whole day there. Tulum ruin was not as interesting. Great guides
