ISLA MUJERES MANATEE ENCOUNTER

Schedule: Daily at 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 2:00 PM. 

Duration: The activity lasts 30 minutes, but you can enjoy the facilities all day long.

Departs: You can take the included passenger ferry departing from Playa Langosta (Km 5 of the Cancun Hotel Zone) at 9:00 AM and returning at 5:30 PM. If you choose the included ferry, you must arrive by 8:00 AM to complete the check-in process., Alternatively, you can take the regular ferry from Puerto Juárez to Isla Mujeres, which operates every 30 minutes throughout the day (not included). Detailed directions will be provided with your confirmation.

Not Included:

• $300 MXN ($15.00 USD Approx.) Per Person for Dock Fee (Kids Under 6 Years old are Exempt from this Fee). Kids Aged 6 and older are Required to Pay the Dock Usage Fee.
• $50.00 MXN ($3.00 USD Approx.) Per Person Tax on Expenditures for Participating in Activities with Aquatic Animals. Kids Under 5 Years old are Exempt from This Fee.

Kids:

• Infants and children from 1 to 5 years old, with a height of up to 1.19 m (46.85 in / 3.90 ft), may participate in the experience when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Children between 6 and 12 years old who meet the minimum height requirement of 1.20 m (47.24 in / 3.93 ft) may participate when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Children aged 13 and older who meet the minimum height requirement of 1.40 m (55.11 in / 4.59 ft) may participate on their own and must purchase an adult ticket.

Restrictions:

• The Use of Life Jackets is Mandatory in all Water Programs.
• For Safety and Security Reasons, Cameras are not Permitted in the Water. Professional Photos will be Available for Purchase. This Package is Valid for one Person Only and Cannot be Shared or Combined with Another Guest.
• Alcoholic Beverages are Available for Purchase and Consumption by Adults 18 Years and Older Only.
• For safety Reasons, Women who are 5 Months Pregnant or More are not Allowed to Participate in Any of our Water Activities.
