Schedule: Ferries leave Daily at 9:00 AM from the Playa Langosta at Km 5 of the Cancun Hotel Zone, returning at 5:30 PM. Downtown tour is at 2:30 PM Daily.
Duration: Dolphin Swim lasts Approximately 1 Hour (15 min Orientation and 45 min Dolphin Time). Entire tour lasts between 2.5 hours and 8.5 hours, depending on what ferry you choose to take.
Kids: Ages 1 and up. Kids' prices apply to ages 6-12 years. Kids 1-5 years are free. Kids under 10 years old or under 4'6" tall (140 cm) must be accompanied by a paying adult (2 adults if under 4 feet (120cm) tall). Kids will perform age appropriate activities.
Restrictions: We do not permit pregnant women to participate in this program.
To Reach: You can take the included passenger ferry from either the Playa Langosta at Km 5 of the Cancun Hotel Zone at 9:00 AM, or you can take the regular Isla Mujeres ferry from Puerto Juarez, which runs every half hour throughout the day (not included). Detailed directions will be issued with your confirmation. You can also do the Royal Garrafon - Dolphin Royal Connection Combo and SAVE UP TO 25% on a full day of Isla Mujeres enjoyment.
