Duration: 5.5 hours Approximately.

Kids: All ages welcome. Must be 8 years to snorkel with the whales. All passengers on the boat pay for the trip, even though they don't snorkel.

Restrictions:

This tour is non-refundable and can only be rescheduled once.
If bad weather prevents the boat from sailing, the activity may be rescheduled once.
Refunds will not be provided in case the Whale Shark is not spotted (since the activity occurs in the open sea, sighting depends on the presence of the whale shark).
This activity is not recommended for pregnant women and individuals dealing with diabetes, heart issues, epilepsy, asthma, hypertension, or claustrophobia.

I booked the Whale Shark Tour and was super excited for it. Unfortunately, the tour was canceled due to government restrictions and regulations. Customer service was very helpful with offering a rebook or a refund. I couldn't rebook since I would be leaving... definitely will use this service again when I visit Mexico again!

We booked two excursions prior to our vacation. During the first excursion, I had a mishap and hurt my foot. I was not able to go on the second excursion. The staff was kind enough to work with us and allow us to modify our second excursion for mu older children to go by themselves and give a refund for the difference. Both excursions were amazing! For the first, we went swimming with the whale sharks. During the second, my boys went ATV'ing through the jungle. The tour guides during both were fantastic. I highly recommend both!

We booked airport transfers and our driver was waiting for us, ready to go. He even had a sign with our names on it, which made us feel like celebrities! We also booked the Tulum and Paradise Beach tour which was fantastic. Our guide has so much wisdom and much information to share about the culture and the history. We booked one other tour, the Whale Shark Adventure. While the port remained closed each day, due to poor weather, the customer service representatives were in daily communication with me and truly had empathy for the situation. We can't control Mother Nature, but I sure appreciated the excellent service I was given. I will recommend you to all my friends!
